Returns & Exchanges

All items sold by Sassy Sunflower Apparel are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color choice, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the issue

Approved issues will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized items

• Sale or clearance items

• Items worn, washed, or altered

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary by bank or card provider.
